20/20 Research's qualitative practice is led by Martin Walls, who, with three other directors, provides senior in-house qualitative moderation and interviewing capability.

Qualitative approaches including focus groups, mini-groups, depth interviews and telephone based interviews are used both as part of integrated programmes (featuring qualitative and quantitative elements) and stand-alone projects, where, rather than quantification around an issue, more extended and dynamic exploration is required.

A full range of consumer and business to business research solutions is available from segmentation through to communications development, with respondents recruited by experienced staff in our Field or Telephone Research teams, or 20/20 Research directors.
